Helpful Tips

If you drive a vehicle that is equipped with a four-wheel drive system, this is a great time of year to make sure that it’s working properly. Make sure that you have the fluid changed regularly in each differential, and that all electronic components are working properly. It is also important to remember that even while using driving a four-wheel drive vehicle that you should still remain as cautious behind the wheel as you would without the system. It’s set up to prevent you from becoming stuck. Your stopping distance may be increased minimally, however it doesn’t assist the driver in any way when road conditions are slippery.
