Awesome service for so many automotive products, had a muffler & tailpipe replaced, rotate tires and brake inspection on one side, auto memorabilia onto the other side. Also got a rock chip in my windshield a temporary repair and car audio there too.

I’ve been going to Park Muffler in Sherwood Park for about 15 years now, and I’ve always had a great experience. The service is very personable, and everyone makes you feel like a valued customer.A special mention to Ed, the owner, who I believe has owned the business for close to 48 years. He always goes out of his way to introduce himself and talk with customers, which is something you don’t see very often anymore. Over the years, he has even provided me with rides home and, at times, a courtesy vehicle while my vehicle was being worked on.Park Muffler is usually able to get you in quickly, and with multiple service bays available, especially for exhaust work, they are efficient and get the job done without unnecessary delays.Overall, it’s always been a quick, easy, and pleasant experience. I’ve had some work done here, and it’s never disappointed me. There were quality control issues with the supplier, but they kept trying to get a good replacement part under warranty. They were always understanding and patient, especially given the situation, and didn’t give up.

Ali provided me with my options and showed me the damages, and I appreciate it. The broken exhaust was replaced.2026-Aug-20, I was having a lot of financial difficulties and I went back to Park Muffler for an oil change.
