I had a part hanging under my vehicle near the end of the day and stopped by Park Muffler to get it checked out. They got me in right away, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it immediately. Because it was a quick fix, they didn’t even charge me. Incredible honesty and amazing customer care—they made sure I was safe to drive home. I can't thank them enough!

I went to Park Muffler to have the transmission in my 2013 Jeep looked at while I was having the vehicle tuned by Chris. I did not have an appointment and was in a difficult situation because the transmission was only operating in one gear.Even though the shop was extremely busy, Eugene told me that he could not make any promises but would see what they could do. Within approximately 45 minutes, a technician had already started looking at my Jeep.While I was waiting, another gentleman asked whether I was being helped. I told him I was and that I was waiting for my Jeep. He immediately knew which vehicle I was referring to and said, “Yes, the 2013 Jeep. The technician is looking at it now, and I will give you an update shortly.” He introduced himself, but unfortunately I do not remember his name. After looking at the business cards, I realized he was the General Manager.I was extremely impressed that, in a shop of that size, other members of the team knew what was happening with my vehicle. The level of communication and organization they demonstrated was exceptional.Before that day, I had never heard of Park Muffler. I was a brand-new customer with no previous history who had simply walked in without an appointment, yet they still made every effort to help me.In the end, they fixed the issue and got everything working exactly as it should. I cannot say enough good things about the service, communication, and professionalism I experienced.I will definitely be back, and anyone reading this should consider giving Park Muffler a try as well.

We sent our daughter to get a 4” flange on a 4” exhaust pipe replaced for our semi. The guys at Park Muffler, were absolutely incredible making sure this got done right away so we could keep going. We sincerely cannot thank them enough for saving us on a Saturday afternoon 30mins before they closed!!! Thank you Park Muffler!!!!

We have a wheel chair accessible van. We had it at two other shops to get the exhaust replaced. We took it here and it was fixed quickly and it was reasonably priced.
