Hi everyone, I just wanted to tell everyone another successful visit for a new muffler system on my 1990 Chev half ton. I called the day prior to setup an appointment, I was scheduled for 9:00am and my truck was in before 9:00 as promised. They accessed the job gave an estimated within the first half hour. I approved the work and they started working. They estimated 2.5hrs for the work. They were done in 2hrs total. While waiting I was chatting with the worker at the desk and he mentioned that Ed was still the owner operator of the business, I was so surprised. Then Ed came walking out and recognized me right away. We chatted for a bit, it was so nice to see Ed. I’ve been bringing cars there since 1979 getting custom exhaust work done, never ever been disappointed, not once. I was so happy to see Ed again and to know that he’s doing so well, I just had to go and get a gift card from Dennie’s for a $25.00 breakfast. At the end while I was paying for the work I presented Ed with the gift card, I sincerely thanked him for providing such good service to me for so many years. Ed & I shook hands and he gave me a hug thanking me. Anyone looking for any kind of auto work, custom exhaust, sound systems, custom parts for trucks, windshields and for all routine maintenance needs. This is the place to go. I went in for a loose heat sheild and they fixed it, with No Charge,So a BIG Thank You to Sahib Saifee (GM) for helping me out as a walk in with no appt either.. 1st time in 36 years that I have had an experience like this. Hands me the keys and shakes my hand and as I reach for my wallet he says "No sir no charge it was an easy job to fix"

Years ago, in my grandparent's closet I found a Tshirt from Park Muffler. I didn't know the business, but it had a sweet classic car on it (like the photo left of the main counter.) Years later, my VW had some issues, and needed the exhaust redone, and I thought hey, Park Muffler! Half a day later it sounded exactly like a $1500 OEM setup would for a fraction of the cost.After a while, I bought a truck, and I've been living with a leak for a while. I stopped in after getting a new windshield today and they were visibly, frantically, BUSY. Asked to make an appointment for a replacement and they took me in almost immediately. From drop off to job complete was less than 2 hours, I shouldn't have uber'd home!! This visit costed less than the Tiguan, and now my Frontier has the big guys on the road feeling insecure, it's a proper truck now! Also, who I presume to be the owner was a very nice gentleman and was personally thanking customers for their business.Thanks so much guys, you've left me a very happy customer, and I'm having a great day because of it!

It's Friday before a long weekend. Tough to get a tire repair done, let alone in a timely manner. I was greeted immediately, written up immediately, car was assigned to a tech almost immediately... And the fellow at the front, who was obviously busy, didn't make me feel like a burden. I am so grateful.

Came in from out of town and was referred to park muffler by another shop that couldn't squeeze me in for an issue on Friday before the long weekend but these guys said to head down and they'd get it addressed. Great work, great service, highly recommend using these guys.

The muffler pipes came off my Sprinter van, so I searched Google for the nearest muffler shop and ended up at Park Muffler. I’m so glad I found this place! The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even though they were extremely busy because of the long weekend, they got me in quickly and took care of my van. They clearly explained the repairs that were needed and completed the work efficiently. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the repairs and the excellent customer service.
